OCTOBER FUN!

This month has been sooooo fun for the boys! Here is Cord at Preschool dressed up as Batman. I was kind of surprised that he was the only Batman there, I saw 4 spidermans!!!!

This is at the pumpkin walk here in Hyde Park. It doesn't look like our boys are having much fun by the looks on their faces, but they had a good time!!! And thank goodness for the good weather this year, last year was freezing!!!

Cord as Snow White????
Bridger didn't mind poking his head into all the holes, he didn't know what was going on!

This is Mylee, Cord, Avery and Bridger in front of the Incredibles Display.

Here is Bridger in my sisters backyard. Just trying to get a cute fall shot!

The Mighty Hunter!

Ok, For those of you that don't know me since the beginning of time, I'm talking about me, not Chris. I am the meat provider for this family, not my hubby! Since my dad (Mr. mighty hunter himself) only had 2 daughters, he had to teach his talents to us, and we just LOVE to go hunting!
We woke up at 3:15am to go meet my parents in Tremonton and take the 3 hour drive to Grouse Creek. I had only one day this year to accomplish my task of shooting a deer, so I couldn't be picky, hence Bambi in the photos with me! I wish I could of waited around for the monster 5 point buck we saw at the end of the day, but I had to do what I had to do to make sure I had a chance to "bag" a buck, and LOVE every minute of it! I haven't been in 5 years from having babies, and nursing and blah, blah, blah! But I got to go this year!!!!

Here is my monster 2 point, (heheheheheh!) Don't laugh, at least I got one, right? A lot of people didn't even get a shot! And I actually found this buck by myself, scoped out those tiny little horns among the 5 does it was with and shot it! I must admit I was a little proud, because I've always had my Dad doing all the hard work of scoping it out shouting orders to drop to the ground! cock a bullet in! put your patch on! SHOOT IT!!!!! - And although I love the comfort of him there helping me, I DID IT!!!
And here is my sweet Chris, that I talked into going with me for the first time and he was awesome!! He didn't complain about all the hiking we had to do, and he was spotting deer, a natural hunter, maybe next year I'll actually get him to buy a deer tag! LOVE YOU!

The Washing Machine Ate my socks!

Okay, you know how you come up missing a sock from time to time and you blame it on the washing maching?? Well, I officially caught my washing machine in the act!!!!!!!!! Yesterday I was doing laundry and saw something sticking out of the rubber that lines it, so I peeked in and found soooooooooo many missing socks! There's some in there from when Bridger was a tiny baby! Look at them all! They were sooo gross that I chucked most of them. So it is true, washing machines DO eat your socks so you better really dig inside from time to time to see what's missing!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CORD!!!

Today Cord turned 4 years old!!! I think he's actually a little confused though because this is the third time we have celebrated his birthday in a week. So this morning he asked if he was 5 now! Anyways, today he got to bring the snack bucket to preschool and he was SOOOOO excited! He kept asking when he could go back to school so he could bring it. He also got to bring a birthday treat to share and we brought donuts, yet Cord doesn't like donuts, go figure...

This Birthday Party was celebrated at our house on Sunday with the Coats family. He had so much fun running around with all of his cousins! And of course you can't miss the SPIDERMAN, candle on his cup(cake).
Grannie went to New York this week and brought all the grandkids t-shirts from New York, so while we were all gathered together except for 2 of the cousins we put them on a snapped a good picture.
This Birthday party was celebrated up at the property with the Coles, his favorite place to be at the moment. As long as he's fishing he's happy! Grandma and Grandpa took him and the boys up there to play over night and we met them in the morning. Cord sure loves that!

Sneak Peak / Family Pictures

So today we attempted family pictures with the boys, and well, it actually turned out really well! I think we set ourselves up to have a rough go with Bridger and his well....head strong personality, and he actually did awesome! We went to a great place where he really felt comfortable and had fun. Heck his favorite thing to do is throw rocks in the water, and here we have it on film. Thank you so much to Ashley Mae Photography, she did a great job!! If you would like to see more of her work click on the link above.
I can't wait until we see them all!!!!
